my cccam server if offline

i need some help, i have set up a cccam server , i have a local card , i am connected to some servers that i can see they are online , but the problem they always see me offline, have i done somthig wrong?if so let me know pls
i need ur help guys

I have had the same problem and it has done my head in for weeks, Make sure that port 12000 is forwarded to your dreambox ip in your router, check your firewall to make sure that port 12000 is allowed to pass data through to your dreambox.

If using dyndns.org dont belive what the updater tells you, do a manual check, 3 times today the updater has told me that my ip was up to date and it was not.

To check your ports you can use the tool _http://www.canyouseeme.org

Check the tutorial section as most of the answers are there even if they dont make sense at the time.
