two servers?

can you help

i have access to a server which is using mgcamd and i share a card with them.

i also have access to a server which is cccam and i dont share a card, can i get around this so when i use the one i dont share the card (cccam) then they can still have access to my car.

Please can you guide me step be step so that i can also use it.
I mostly like to see NOVA Package.
