Help is needed - using newcamd.conf on my pc

Hi
Sorry for my dummy question but I am a newbie in this business.
I have a dreambox and I paid for someone how send me newcamd.conf and newcamd.list and it's working good.
I bought a dvb-s card for my PC - how can I connect it to the server that the dreambox is connected?
what plugins/software/client do I need to install on my PC?
where should I put a line like this(from the file he send me): CWS_MULTIPLE = xxxxx.dyndns.org 12001:12019 name1 xxxffff9 01 02 03 14 05 64 07 08 09 10 81 12 13 14
The man said that it is a different shearing for PC and that i can not connect to it with dreambox and PC is that right?

u can use acamd or wincsc for pc client

Do I need to work acamd together with Vplug or there is no need to install it?
And the next step - -
Can I connect with acamd to the server and then to "share it" with my dreambox? so that the dreambox will "ask" my pc and the pc will redirect it to the shearing server?

acamd is client for newcamd not reshare to dream
but u setup newcs on pc then acamd and dream is same time connect to ur pc server
